I have been in the industry for over 13 years, this is my 3rd year as a private chef. I love to travel and cook for people. Started my culinary career in Mexico under supervision from an Executive chef from Switzerland, We had a great relationship and I learn everything I know from him, Gourmet meals and Challenges as well as Contest in town were Done for us. Great experience and I miss that.

Oscar was fantastic! We had 18 people, several with allergies and food restrictions. Not only did he accommodate, he created beautiful substitution dishes that were marvelous. We are a pretty foodie/ hard to please group! Some of the highlights were the salmon, tiramisu, ceviche, cocktail sauce, hummus, mashed potatoes, and all of the vegetables. Having Oscar at the house allowed us to be together for dinner, not trying to get a table for 18 in town. Highly recommend!!
